Having been in a customer focused technical support job for most of my life, I often find calling technical support departments myself a very trying process. Not being able to actually speak to the technical team, messages being taken by front line non-technical staff and promised return calls no being made.
When dealing with 4eco's technical team that paradigm could not be further from the truth. The technical chaps are the ones who actually answer the phone, they have excellent product knowledge and they do call back with the answer if promising to do so. I'm using nearly all the functions of the immerSUN device; so I've now had cause to ask their advice on a number of occasions in order to use it to its fullest potential. Every contact has provided me with sound workable resolutions.
